Orange Barrel Full of Hate

One might make an assumption that this is a reference to Donald Trump's unusual hue. However, it is a knock on the name of a media company, Orange Barrel Media supporting the RNC's billboard policy, banning a billboard for the movie, God's Not Dead 2.

The company -- or Trump and the RNC -- thinks the billboard is "scandalous " in violation of city ordinances. One would think given the candidate the RNC is nominating next week, the bar for "scandalous" is much lower than a popular Christian movie franchise. Maybe Trump would be more comfy with Black Lives a Matter billboards instead.
